Just drink as much water as you possibly can. Whenever I have one that I have issues passing, I drink, drink and drink some more. I usually end up drinking about 300 ozs of water. (And yes, I mean 300. I have a glass that holds 28 ounces and I fill it up 10-12 times a day.)

Good luck!

My cousin had a similar problem and was advised by someone who tried this. He was told to boil the silk of maize and drink. It worked as he passed the stones painlessly.Mealie in South Africa-suppose corn silk would be just as effective. The brew softens the urinary tract and dilates for easy passing of stones.
