Kidney disease and pregnancy

So my kidneys are doing well and my colitis is in remission.  Kidney Doc is not thrilled that I will hopefully become pregnant but supports me.  I will be having IVF this summer.  I saw one high risk Dr. that said I could have twins and would be ok but just saw a fetal medicine specialist and she said that I should only opt to have one egg instead of two because it could be very bad if I were to become pregnant with twins.
Anyone else become pregnant with Kidney disease?  My creatinine is a bit low and spilling less than 1 protein.
UC Pancolitis: dx'd 2000; Remicade since 4/25/11, every 8 weeks. Kidney Disease (Minimal Change Disease): dx'd 2007 caused by 5ASA's (thank you sulfsalazine, lialda and asacol). Current meds: Remicade & prenatal vitamin. I feel better than I have in years being off the ton of medication I was on before.
