what do test results mean?

After brain bleed with no cause, Dr running tests for lupus. For previous year I've had 3 uti's. Normal signal to urinate has been less frequent. Often don't realize until stomachs ache. Every morning urine is dark and has oder. Severe joint pain and pressure in left eye at times. Have had a bulging just under left ribcage for two years. Dr said costchondritis, whatever that means.
Elevated protein C =176 and antithrombin . Any suggestions?

Subarachnoid hemoragic stroke on April 18, 2013 with no aneurysm or trauma: elevated Protein C and A 3, protien in urine, vitamin D deficiency Nephrotic Syndrome ? Vascular Lupus? Dx pending
