As a child I was abused and as an adult I have had many urinary complications. When I was 7 I was diagnosed with a dead nerve in my right kidney. After having many urinary track infections including kidney I finally found a urologist that knew what they were doing. After several tests they found I had the most impressive stage of IC for my age. I was 35 at the time. After a major diet change eliminating most acidic foods possible. Over 10 years later I still have my bladder though I still get bad infections no matter how hard I try, I do know baths of any kind will cause a real bad infections including swimming in pools. More recent addition to my list is fibromyalsia. My concern is could this all be brought on by the adviser as a child? I was forced to eat from garbage cans and drink from toilets and mud puddles. Guess I am looking for answers as due to my history they cannot tell me what caused my UTI problems.

Welcome to Healing Well.

So sorry to hear of your past and the horrible treatment you had.

Take care,
