Sounds like Gallstones or Gallbladder to me. I would get an appointment with your Doc and have it checked out .
Diagnosed with crohns at 13, right Hemicolectomy in 93, remmision till sept 08, small bowel resections & Entercantaneous fistula excised, along with temp stoma in 09 stoma reversed Apr 2010. 2011 3 more fistula's to deal with!!
Major surgery Jan 2013 had all fistula's, Gallbladder & sections of small bowel removed permenant ileostomy given.

Sounds more like gallbladder to me also. My kidney stones always start in my low back and move forward to my groin area.

Take care,
Bill

definitely get it check out, once I had some low back kidney pain.. had no idea what was going on...I kept plugging along and ignoring my symptoms and within 5 days I was in ER with 104 fever I had been walking around with for a few days and I ended up in ICU with a septic kidney infection that had spread to my heart! Learned my lesson the hard way! Listen to your body and don't put things off!
