I have my first kidney stone. It's small and staying in the kidney but it's very painful. I've been to the er a couple times for it because of the pain. I go to see an urologist tomorrow morning. Anyone have any advice for dealing with kidney stones?

My best advice is to drink lots of water. Don't let yourself get even remotely dehydrated.

Take care,

My friend drinks an herbal infusion of 1 cup of chanca piedra 3X a day to expel stones. Seems to work for her.
