I have had kidney stones for years, now my dr. says im clear of stones on the right side, but still have kidney stone pain, he has went in and looked during a cystoscopy, I have had a scan, xray and even an IVP done. My doctor says its clear of anything, what the pain feels like is a kidney stone, I can even feel it move around at times, I kinda feel like it is a lump of loose kidney tissue or even scar tissue that's just loose in there but too large to pass. how can I have him figure this out. note my urine flow is also reduced because of this also.

I am experiencing a similar situation after having lithotripsy just 7 days ago, a day after I had what you would expect just after this treatment, but 7 days later and I still feel something is still either in the bladder or somewhere in the urethra.

I am drinking as much as I can, but always worried as like you I am also experiencing issue with urine flow.

I often find ways of relieving the discomfort by sitting forward.

Not sure, but shouldn't ultrasound show any stones, or anything abnormal in three?

I had a kidney stone and it did not show up in the X-ray or in the ultra sound ...it took a cat scan to see the stone
