Hello, I was referred to a urologist because my primary doctor says I need to find out why my CK’s have been in the 1500 range for the last three years. I am a healthy 47 year old with a history of blood in urine, kidney stones and CK’s. Two years ago I an ureteroscopy and had a catheter in for about two weeks. Is my latest CT scan okay? Doctor wasn’t very worried about it just stated that my kidney stones are back but not blocking anything. I'm in the Navy and unsure what my next step should be.

CT Impression Notes:

Bilateral nephrolithiasis without obstructing hydronephrosis
Nonspecific focal misty mesentery around and either enlarged lymph node or small conglomeration of lymph nodes as detailed above which is stable since September 2012

Stable right liver lobe 4 mm hypoattenuating lesion likely a hepatic cyst or hemangioma 2 small adequately characterized by current imaging modalities

Area of differential perfusion in the right lower lobe which was present and not significantly changed on the prior CT
