My doctor wants me to eat between 6-8 ounces of protein a day. I have blood sugar problems and deal with
cravings so protein is one way I keep the cravings under control. I wondered if there are other sources of protein that are easy on the kidneys? I don't want to eat Tofu. Is fish easier on the kidneys than beef?

Thank you!
