HELLO..I AM FACING PROBLEM AND I AM NOT GETTING PROPER ANSWER SO AM DISCUSSING WITH YOU GUYS. I AM HAVING HIGH CREATININE 2.56 AND HAVING HYPERTENSION. IS IT CURABLE?? AND HOW MANY YEARS MY KIDNEY WILL WORK IN THIS CONDITION. MY AGE IS ONLY 29 YEARS. IS THERE ANY WAY TO CURE THIS OR TO LOWER DOWN THE CREATININE. PLZ HELP ME, ANSWER WILL BE APPRECIATE

Don't worry about your problem. Your creatinine level will be reduced by your healthy life style. Enhance your fluid and water intake. Replace your coffee, sodas, and regular tea with good herb tea. Avoid consuming foods high in protein, and dairy products till your creatinine levels decrease to normal.But check regularly your creatinine level and get advice from your Nephrologist.
Tips to reduce creatinine level at home
Water
Dehydration is one of the major causes for increased creatinine levels therefore it is advisable to increase your daily water intake.
Green Tea
It is rich in a number of useful anti oxidants that helps in detoxifying the body and regulates the creatinine level as well. Drink 2 to 3 cups of green tea daily.
Chamomile Tea
