stabbing pains in back.....

Hi. Here I go with yet another question. I know you kind people won't mind :-)   Right?!  So here it goes.....
I get weird stabbing pains in my back (feels like my spine) it will only last a second. Stab and then it's gone.
Anybody get this sort of thing?

Doesn't sound like anything related to Lupus to me! Maybe a chiropractor or some gentle stretching exercises could help you. If it happens a lot, ask your PCP to refer you to whomever they think is appropriate.
