Shattered tired, lot of pain, yet I seem to be diy-ing as if a perfect apartment will make up for how S...t I feel.
Everything hurts. Very low too.
I am to see the neuro on tues and dreading it as the docs are not being terribly nice to me. I am taking along a friend.
I see the haemotologist on wednesday and I am eqaually terrified, yet it is a woman. What questions can I ask? What tests can I ask for? Mind you I dont think many would show much as I am on major steroids.
I cannot go on being this sick. Spent alot of time in bed today feeling so awful thought I would die and they I started painting and decorating, putting up coat hangers etc. etc. etc. just as I was heading for bed.
Am I mad or what

Not mad Ann - tired. Sick and tired of being sick and tired. I'm so sorry you're feeling like this, it sucks. Know that you're thought of and prayed over. Wish I could do more to help. :(

hey Ann,
sorry that your not feeling well, i noticed that you have hypothyroidism, i do too, has your doc checked your thyroid levels? that could be one of the reasons that you are feeling tired, also are you anemic? meaning low red blood cell count, when i was anemic, before they gave me medicine for it, i use to almost fall asleep in classes during high school, even though i slept like ten hours the night before. then my pediatric nephrologist put me shots of procrit and iron supplements and it made a huge difference although i was just reading that procrit and other injections that are suppose to help increase blood cell count in patients that are anemic due to medical problems. i hope you feel better i know that it sucks when you feel awful i know i hate it. your in my thoughts.

Hey Ann . . .

I know it sounds kind of dopey . . .

But have you tried reading lots of other people's posts and saying a quick hello to help brighten the day for others??? It really does help lift your mood.

Ann I've been there except different issues. It is scary and extremely frustrating. Take your friend. I always had someone with me to help listen, ask questions and sometimes push for more information.

Take care....
