I suppose it's always possible you got sick from something else just by being at the doctors office. That seems to happen to me alot. I test positive for tb but don't run a fever, though I never do because my temp is so low. I hope you find an answer. I got a goofy pamphlet on fibro and it did mention something about
fibro with fevers but it also says that most people with fibro with a positive ANA have another autoimmune problem, so that's clear as mud. Anyway, I hope you feel better and if you have any doubt, you should request a chest xray. They are supposed to put it just under the skin and if they don't do it right, I don't know what happens.
