You have to find the right starting point and know how to back off or move forward as needed.
Boy you got that right. Somebody here warned me the other day about not doing too much, after I started feeling better. i was so happy yesterday being able to wash all the dishes without taking a break in between. I rested and went back and swept the kitchen, and mopped up the spots. didn't mop the entire kitchen, just wiped up te spots. And then I rested. Then I fed the birds and watered them. I have three wild birds that I raised from babies.
and then, the nausea came back. It seems to me that all of us here just ask for very little things. I took one of the nausea pills and did not do anything the rest of the day.
