Lots of us have Sjogren's, which can cause, among other things, swelling of lymph nodes and dry eyes, dry mouth . . . anyway that will often cause pain under and behind the ears.
I'm so sorry you are dealing with so much which you should be carefree. Make sure you keep a symptom list so you can keep telling each doctor at each visit what is going on.
If you like hats, you will likely find that wearing a hat will help keep your hands warm. That's because we lose so much body heat out the top of our heads. Its a really quick way to warm up. Also, placing anything on your lap will help. So even a newspaper or a towel over your lap will help too. I love wearing vests too.

the new pain you are having.
