Mine is to lose 20lbs, add in at least 15 minutes of exercise 3 times a week, write more often, get more organized, spend more time awake, and get off prednisone and cell cept. I figure that is pretty ambitious but it is what I want. I figure organization is one I make every year. Writing I am doing pretty well now so if I can just continue at this pace/level I will be sitting pretty. 20lbs will be easy to lose if I get off prednisone. Cell cept was a temporary measure we had planned to go off in January if I had improved enough and I think I have. Exercise will be very hard and so will spending more time awake. I am so tired due to the prednsione taper. I go down again Sunday. I will be on 10mg after that lowering. That is halfway to off. I have to be very careful though as we lower my dose below 10mg.
