Well I'm setting back here shaking my head not knowing what to think. All this time my dr. has thought I have either got Lupus or scleroderma in my lungs. My father is still in hospital getting ready to go to another home for physical therapy. Guess what he was Dx'd with???????????????
Pulmonary Fibrosis! I looked it up and this is what it said about how you get it
Pulmonary Fibrosis can be caused by:
Autoimmune disease - your body's immune system is attacking your lungs, as a part of the disease, which may cause fibrosis. This may happen in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), or scleroderma.
It would be completely weird to think my 77 year old dad could pass this on to me.
Anyway He is a little better as far as knowing where he is but his breathing is bad and he can't walk at all.
That's about it for now. Seems like every thinkthat happens lately is going wrong. It would take 10 pages to explain everything so I'll just wait until things get better.
Possible scleroderma. stage 4 COPD, sleep apnea, Osteoporosis, osteoarthritis
