Haven't been on this site for a while.. thought I would check in and see if anyone is familiar with these tests. I actually havent been feeling that great lately. Not on prednison but have had way bad night sweats and feels like my energy is zapped. Lymphocyctes are way low.. Seg Neutrophils is HIGH... WBC is high.. AST and Albium is also HIGH... im wondering if I have an infection.. If I do how the hell do they figure out exactly what is infected. Not trying to diagnose myself.. just looking at the tests waiting for my DR to call me.

Hi Kookla. It's good to hear from you, but I'm sorry to hear you've been zapped. Usually a high WBC with high neutrophils, low lymphs means a bacterial infection. Unfortunately sometimes it can take a while to determine the source. Let us know how ur doing. (Hugs) Love, Butterflake

Have you been running a fever? They always do blood cultures on me when I have 'mystery' infections. I hope you get to the bottom of it soon. Sorry you aren't feeling good. Love ya, Judy

Steph!!!  I saw your screen name and my eyes bulged out of my head, LOL.  It's good to hear from you. I wish it was for happy reasons though shakehead
Judy said what I was going to say about the blood cultures. Do you have any kidney involvement?  I hope you get your results back quickly.
