I think that's a wonderful thing to do for your health. It's essential that we stay in touch with our bodies and pamper ourselves from time to time.
I've done the week long fitness spa thing a few times and know without a doubt that it's good for my health and wellbeing. The place I go lets participants pick their own activities, which include yoga, hiking, stretching, water aerobics, and any other type exercise you can imagine. After a week of that, plus eating a healthy organic diet, meditating, and so much more always leaves me feeling reborn. a few beauty treatments, massage, facials, manicures, don't hurt any either.
Admittedly, while ill, I have backslid and must get back to at least strtetching, walking, and yoga. So thanks for the gentle reminder to get a gentle massage. :)
Maybe a trip back would be a good 60th birthday present, don't you thing? Hmmm. Maybe I'll suggest that to my DH.
