If you truly have most of the symptoms as listed by the Lupus Org at:Diagnosis 4 of 11
then I would think that you would easily be granted disability benefits.
For the more ambiguous cases, it's often required that we have a doctor or several (at least one rheumotologist) certifying our symptoms and treatment before disability is granted.
I'm afraid I don't know anything about
the state laws, and I understand that even the states that have this have different rules from each other.
