OT- My Family Needs Prayer

8 Monthes ago one of my dad's brother's died.  This saturday another one died.  Last nite, my dad and I went to check on another of his brothers and found him barely breathing.  We called an ambulance.  His o2 sats were 48%.  He quit breathing on the way to the hospital and was placed on a vent.  He is in ICU and very low.  My dad is the youngest of 11 children.  He is heart broken.  Judy

Hi hun, I appreciate that you asked for prayers. As you know we lost my father 3 months ago. Even though it was and still is hard to deal with sometimes I know all of your prayers has been what has gotten me through the tough spots. Is there any word on your uncle tonight? I would never suggest that I know why things happen the way things do but I do know with all my heart that God is in control. May God continue to be with you today and forever.

I appreciate you all so much. My uncle appears to be miraculously pulling through. He was in congestive heart failure, but is improving! Thank you all so much for your prayers. Judy

My Uncle's funeral was today. What an incredibly sad day! I'm so wiped out! It was 102 degress when we left to attend the services. I was unable to go to the graveside part because the sun is sooo intense here right now. My Uncle was an incredible man. He had Type I diabetes since childhood and he honestly had the worst case of rheumatoid arthritis I have ever seen. (it runs on my dad's side) He was severally cripped from it. He had gone to a rehab for strengthening after a bout with sepsis and his blood sugar dropped, unfortunately they didn't catch it until he was comatose and he never regained conciousness. We will miss him terribly. He was truly an inspiration.
