Since last Wednesday, all of a sudden I felt soo tired and sleepy, I went to lay down at 9am, slept onand off for 3hours, kept waking up then would dose off again.  At 12:30pm, still felt like I couldn't get up due to really drowsy, but I had to pick-up my daughter at 1pm,
when I cme home fell asleep till about 5pm.  My body felt so heavy and weak.
Thursday morning felt same way, same thing happened.
Friday, same story but felt more weaker, could barly get up, I didn't want to miss work, as I had the last four days off.(only work 4-5 hrs per day). I made it to work, I constantly had to keep sitting in lobby when no customers were around, I felt so drained of energy, I do get Fatigued normally, but this was the worst I have ever felt.
We are in the process of buying a home and we recently started packing,  I was outside with Hubby in the cool evening, helping him sort his tools from the shed, I was not lifting anything, just sorting small items while sitting down, all of a sudden my middle of chest felt so heavy, my arm started tingling, I threw up, the heavyness on my chest lasted about 10min or so, I layed down.
I ended up falling asleep.
Next day, woke up and couldn't get up and just fell asleep again, woke up 10:30am, due to phone ringing, I hardly remember the call but my job wanted me to go in w/in the hour, but told them I was packing today, it was my day off.  I felt so bad.  I fell asleep again, till 3:30pm. I couldn't believe I have slept soo much in last few days!!
I normally sleep 3-4 hours, have insomnia.
I have a Rheumy appt in a few hours, I will tell him what happend.  I hope he lisens to me, as this is a new Rhuemy I'm seeing, due to new insurance.
So would this be a symptom of Chondritis pain? (not sure if sp. correctly)
Sorry if I just rambled on
thanks for reading

You need to see a doc right away! The chest pain, arm pain and vomitting are classic cardiac signs... I don't want to scare you but please take those symptoms very seriously.

Run, don't walk, to the nearest cardiologist or ER. Dbab is right - these are symptoms you should take very very seriously. Please let us know that everything is ok.

I agree with the first two posts, you do need to see a cardiologist. The heaviness in chest, tingling in arms and vomitting as well as the fatigue are classic signs/symptoms of cardiac issues. I went through a period of extreme exhaustion (even for a lupie) and could hardly wake up and it ended up that I needed a pace maker. I'm not diagnosing you, i'm just saying you can't always say, "It's just a flare!" Please seek medical care and let us know. God Bless you, Judy

Yes do go to the ER or doctor right away. I had that crushng heavy chest and ended up having a mild heart attack and had autoimmune damage to one side of my heart, that later healed. I was also having a reaction to a medication which was causing the heart problems to be worse and ultimately would have died. I didn't feel that sick, compared to other times, but it was not good. So go get an EKG somewhere, preferably the emergency room if you didn't get to your doctor. Mine got worse at night.

Thank you all for responding, you all are great!!!
I went to my new Rhuemy appt, I told him of my chest pain, he listened to my heart, all was ok. One thing I forgot to mention on last post, on Saturday when I slept the whole day till 3:30pm, I went to bathroom, first urine of the day was ery brown colored too, never had it that color. I told DR. he said I was probably dehydrated.
On this DR. appt. I didn't want to write on forms that I had Lupus yet, because last Rhuemy on first visit said I didn't have it. This new DR. looked at the meds I'm taking and asked what other illness do I have, then I told him. DR. said I will order bloodwork because there many autoimmune diseases and we will find which one if you do have any.
He said I do have Fibro, I knew that too.
While I'll be praying that there is nothing found on my bloodwork, but the truth is my symptoms that I've had in last 2yrs or so make me think it may be MS.
If my chest pain comes again, I will tell hubby to take me to ER, it's just me that has a high tolerance to pain and it's sometimes hard to admit that should see see a DR.

My internet may be off for a while due to we'll be moving next week, I will keep you all posted.
