I've heard very good things about it actually. It was an option for me but I decided to go for the gusto and have a hysterectomy . It's a good option for us because it doesn't contain estrogen which makes the risk of clotting much higher. So if you have APS or any other clotting disorder, you need an option that only has progesterone in it, and the Merina is it!
