With permission from the Admin, Mr. Waite. I am posting this message for some needed help.

My name is Kevin and I'm a student at the University of Stirling in Scotland. I do not have any chronic diseases, but I became a member of this forum because I need some help that I know your online community can help me with.

I am currently doing a dissertation on consumer attitudes and behavior and to what degree the recent outbreak of Swine Flu have had an impact on these factors.
Basically, I am looking at the difference in attitude and behavior between consumers in the high risk groups and low risk groups.
knowing that individuals with chronic diseases are located in the high risk group of catching the Swine Flu, I came here to hopefully find some help.

The questionnaire will not take more than 5 minutes to complete. And all help would be GREATLY appreciated.

If you wish to contact me about this survey please do so:

Thank you for taking your time to read my post.
Kind Regards

Kevin I completed your survey, but I may skew your results. I was worried about swine flew and stayed out of public places. I got the seasonal flu vaccine, but by the time I the H1N1 was available I thought my risks of contracting were small so I didn't get the vaccine. I contracted swine flu on January 11 so my answers are based on my already having the flu. I hope your survey goes well. Love, Butterflake
