Hey girlie girl!
I get the internal tremors fairly often. My psych doc told me it was anxiety. I doubted him at first, but now I know he was absolutely correct. It felt like low blood sugar to me as well but my numbers were always normal. For me, it's anxiety.
Not sure if it's Lupus related or not, hon.
Are you a bit anxious about
getting back to work?
Also, it's very common to wake up at night with anxiety symptoms like those internal tremors. I get that too.
