Wow, can't beleive it!! I called the hearing office to see if a hearing date had been scheduled yet, she told me my case was closed on 5/13/10, judge made an OTR decsion and approved me since I first filed July 2006.  The lady said I should be getting a letter with Favorable decsion, she told me date when she mailed it, but I can't remember because I was crying, she almost started crying too
When I get the letter I will let you all know. Thanks everyone for your kind words through this ordeal

Thank you all, I did get some ice cream last night, (good idea, SillyMe2), I tried Peanut Butter flavor from B&J (you all probably know that name), loved it! first time trying that flavor. I only had a few spoonfulls, didn't want to upset my stomach, but I just had to try it, my Daughter got it for me.

Gentle Hugs for Y'all,
