Hi I have been diagnosed with sle, curtaneous lupus, sjogrens, fibro and raynauds. I have heard that the medication Evoxac can help with retaining some saliva but does anyone know if it actually helps with the return of tears as well. I use lubricating drops and gels but would like to know if anything else helps. Sick of red sore eyes. Also lately feel like I am loosing it shakey, feel nervous is it all the meds or something else to do with the Lupus would appreciate any feed back I can get, Thank You and keep well.   smhair

:-)  Good Morning,   Sorry this drug does nothing to help your eyes.

EVOXAC helps dry mouth at the source—your salivary glands

  • EVOXAC stimulates the receptors of your salivary glands to make more saliva

Hope this helps,

Wishing a good day for all,
