I vote see a rheumatologist asap, too. Those are the very symptoms that sat me down with my family doc, and when I got to the immunolgy dr. I had seen with APS when I was pregnant, he said You have lupus and started tx immediately. Good luck and don't get discouraged. I am a nurse who worked with all my drs. and it still took over 6 years, seeing a dr. every 3 months for two years, to get dx and tx. Document everything and collect every lab report, and copies medical notes for every time you are seen. I made a chronological time line chart, pared it down to two typed pages and handed copies to the rheumatologist and neurologist I saw on consult. They laughed when I said I had nurse notes that I would force them to read for a change.
and those notes were a blessing when I had to apply for Social Security Disability.
