some days... it is just too overwhelming. too many health issues and too many pills. I am cold and tired and there is not a ton of Hope in the big picture for my health and some days i am cool with it, but today not so much. Thanks for letting me vent.

I often think the same thing. But after a few dozen times of actually NOT taking my meds, I've learned that they DO help and if I skip them for too many days in a row I will Most Definitely regret it.

Just for 5 minutes, I will pretend I am hopeful and I will take my pills.

We can all do that together each morning, ok?

((((Panther Fern))))

I totally relate to the way that you are feeling. I woke up just the other day and had this sick feeling when I prepared my morning medication cocktail! I never dreamed that I would be taking meds on a daily basis! What's more upsetting is the fact that as far as I can tell... They are not really doing much for me!

Maybe just remembering that you are not in this alone and have lots of support here on this forum will ease your mind and give you comfort!

Celebrate "You " for all of your gifts and the fact that this illness is not who you are or what defines you!

Big Hugs to You!!!

I understand also. You did the right thing coming here though because you will get the sense talked into you :) Many times I felt like that and I knew exactly where to go before I made the mistake.

It's like a double edge sword for me... I get to where I don't want to take them anymore because I feel so good, I question if I was even sick to begin with -OR- I want to stop taking them because in my worse times I doubt they are even making a difference... and then theres the 'I hate filling this darn weekly pill container each week'
