auto immune disorders

Is it possible that I have an autoimmune disorder or vasculits.I get livedo reticularis upon heat.I have all over body aches and low vitamin d.My artery fill time is normal,ana,anca all normal.I recently had respiratory failure in july,they said status asthmaticus.I have sinus and ear issues,they say sinusitus benighn positional vertigo and post herpatic neuralgia.No neuropathy.all this stuff seemed to start a few years ago when I had an episode of bells palsy,I thought it was menopause but my hormone levels are ok bones,muscles and joints hurt all the time.Please if some one has had that same thing going on with normal tests and has a diagnosis please let me know.sincerely,nana

Anything is possible. If you suspect Lupus, check out to read more about it -- but the only real way to get an accurate diagnosis is through a rheumotologist who treats Lupus patients.

Many other diseases cause the symptoms you are talking about, but mostly the all over body aches and the bone/muscle/joint pain would be the only things I see pointing to lupus. Respiratory/sinus/ear are not usually indications of Lupus.

You might want to look into lyme disease as bell palsy is usually one of the first signs
