I was wondering that if in three years SSD wants to review my benefits do disability attorneys work the same way they do when they handle your initial claim?  Meaning do they do the work for free until there is some kind of settlement?

I don't have any idea! But my attorney from the first round said *if* they come back and look, it's usually more of a "have the drs send in the latest" than anything else.
