Do any of you use sunbrellas or umbrellas to block the UVB rays when you have to go outside? Does it work for you?
I've been trying it out on days I have to take the students out on the playground at noon. scool
Today I had a strong rash flare. blush

can't hurt, and i always wear long sleeves, long pants and dark glasses. my coolibar jacket helps alot, too. I use sunblock on the tops of my cheeks, nose, hands and feet. I live in sandals cause my feet burn so often.
