I'm sitting in my recliner today feeling as though somebody had stomped the tops of my feet and is driving ice picks in the back of my hands. smhair  My back  is killing me today also .

I am so tired that when I walk across the room the back of my thighs will quiver with exhaustion. I have got to learn to pace myself. I'm so frustrated with feeling great 1 minute then suddenly feeling like I'm going to collapse.

As each day progresses into this new illness  I begin to wonder if I'm going to be able to survive next year teaching the first-graders. I certainly hope that the rheumatologist  I'm seeing on Wednesday will start me up on something  to build up my energy again.

I think I will just sit here today and try to catch up on my energy.

I am sorry that you are having a tough day!  I feel your pain.  Try and rest as much as you can!
