Hi Everyone,

Oh its been along time since I've been here must be that brain fog.I have symptoms going on that I'm not sure what I have. The last 2 weeks my back under right shoulder blade around under my rib is very painful.urinate ALL the time where sometimes I'm not sure if I'm going to make it,wakeup in the middle of the night to pee, appetite  is down, fatigue, hip pain,Charlie horse for 8 days straight when I'm sleeping.sometimes dark urine another time clear, sometimes cloudy also.So I guess my question is does this sound like UTI or Kidney problems.I'm not sure what Dr. to see.

I 've been Dx's with LUPUS SLE,RAYNAUDS,SJORGRENS and FIBRO.
Thanks for your time,
Mary

If you have a kidney doctor see him. If not see a regular doctor.

Any doctor can do the blood work & send you in the right direction, but don't wait till it gets serious, call a Dr now.

I would go with a UTI. When Lupus attacks the kidney, you usually do not know. There is no pain associated with it. But UTI or whatever is happening does not sound very good and I would have it checked out. With lupus nephritis, you will find yourself going more at night than during the day. Also, your urine will become very foamy (when spilling protein) and can turn tea or coke colored. The dark urnine sounds more like dehydration especailly since it is clear sometimes.

Deffinatly get it looked at. Since it has been 2 weeks...Please let us know what they say.
