Hello every one. I am new to the board. I went to the DR today to get my blood results of an ANA test. Which was positive. He said I do have some thing going on there. Cause my level was very high. He is going to run more blood test on Weds and send me to the rheamalogist.
I guess he does suspect Lupus. I have 2 cousins with lupus. I have fought skin rashes, dizziness and throwing up for years and no body has found any thing. I always new I had problems with the immune system. But no one found it till now. I am 47 and have been getting sick since I was 19. So with a high ANA test would this more then likely be Lupus?
Thanks for your help. Karen

Like the doctor said something is going on with your immune system.
A high ANA test means something is wrong with your immune system, exactly what the problem is will be determined by your Rheumatologist.
