I find that I feel the worst in the morning and have troubles throughout the day...and then around 7-8 pm, after dinnertime, I have less pain and more energy for a few hours. Does anyone else follow this pattern? Any idea why this is?

Me too! I thought it was just because I was with my husband and felt safe.

The worse part is trying to work. You never know if you will be up to task at hand from moment to moment. Most people get sick then get better so they have a hard time understanding that I can be fine now but not in an hour.

I am exactly the same way! As a result, I've turned into quite the night-owl... I stay up way too late nowadays because it's the only time I feel halfway decent and am able to get anything done. I wonder why?
