I am new in this type of forums. I have always read a lot, but never dared to write my own story.

I have always been sick. I never felt great, and always tired. Since very little had anemia and took iron supplements.

Now I am around 30 years old, and almost 2 years ago I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I was diagnosed by a blood test (igA was 780 - should have less than 30) and a intestine biopsy, that proved severe damage.
I have been on a gluten free diet ever since, but still have severe intestinal symptoms.

I am even more tired than before. After work I can only lay down and rest. New rutinary control tests where done a couple of months ago and
these tests showed ANA 1:1280 and low white blood cells counting. RF is negative, and anti DNA too.
My skin is itchy since I am on a gluten free diet and have constant urinary tract infections. Couple of years ago I had a nephritic colic but no doctor could tell me why.
My joints are painful and feel stiff in the mornings.
Many nights I wake up and my right hand is asleep, even though I am not lying on it or anything.
Since a couple of months, I have noticed too my feet swell very easily, almost every night.
I dont have skin rashes like I have read, but I have noticed, that when I expose to sun, I get in my thighs white lines in shape of hexagons, that disappear after a while in the shade.
Also when I am sleeping I wake up with kind of a tremble, but I dont move, it is just a feeling of dizziness or trembling that I cannot explain.
My eyes are dry and itchy every second, some times I even see like cloudy and blurry.... The ofthalmologist says its just dryness from the office, but I even have it when I am in my house.
My mood is extreme. I experiment intense sadness that makes me cry for a while with no reason, and the switch to normal mood again.

I was also diagnosed with a nodosum erythema many years ago, and apparently had no cause. During the past weeks has got huge in the middle of my shins. My legs are full of marks from past erythemas....

I have seen many doctors in my life, and recently I have told visit a new rheumatologist about all this. He has sent my new tests to discard any other possible autoinmune diseas apart from the celiac.

I am stressed about the possibility of having anything new, but I need answers to everything that is going on.

I would appreciate some help and support.

Goodness, you've been through the mill.
Because lupus affects everyone so differently it's difficult for doctors to diagnose it.
Here's hoping the new Rhuemy has the right answers for you.
