I've been having some small pains in my lower ribs. Right below where my bra hits. Sometimes it's a mild stabbing pain. When I dress for bed I'll hurt in an area below arm pits. It's tender to the touch there. My bra is not too tight either.

I have times where I feel my heart beating very strong, too. Blood pressure is normal and pulse rate is normal. I feel no anxiety so I don't think it's that.

Does anyone experience these odd symptoms?

Hate to break it to you honey, its not odd at all with your 48 DD's. Its them pressing on your ribs which your ribs presses on your organs, muscles and tissues. Talk to your doctor about a chiropractor. It worked wonders on me when my insurance covered it.

Hi!
My dr's best guess was that it "could" be costochondritis, (sp?) and after a complete cardiac workup and subsequent and repeated EKGs, now, whenever it happens, I use a heating pad as I tell myself it's inflammed ribs not a heart attack, and wait it out. I have found that sport bras are more comfortable for me once I get them over my head....that's a miracle in itself.
hugs,

God knows, even if I don't....

The thing is it's never hurt me before. It's only started this past week during this odd flare I've had this past week. All the joints in my body are griping and tender to the touch.

Joy did you mention you had fibromyalgia too? It could be a flare up. My fibromyalgia sometimes attacks me so bad I lose function of my legs. Maybe taking a hot soak in a spa would be just the ticket. I found if you use sea salt verses chemicals it actually helps relieve pain when your in a spa. It was an accidental discovery. I was on some RNR (vacation) and at this hotel they had a soaking pool with salt water. I was in a fibro flare up, went in it for a few hours and when I got out it seemed my flare up went away. So the next time I had a flare up I waited for it to make me barely walk, and went back in the soaking pool there. I felt great afterwards too. So I decided something in the salt water is helping me restore whatever hurts.

I've only been told I have moderate Lupus (SLE). I do have Degenerative Disk Disease but it's in the L5-S1 vertabra only (last joint in the spine). It was discovered last August.
