Keep a diary of your symptoms and give it to the doctor when you come in.

I would think with all of your problems you'd be told you have lupus. Have you tried a different rhuemy?
I had positive 1:360 ANA and everything else was normal. I was told my symptoms where lupus related and placed on plaquenil. I'm feeling much better now.

Just completed my diary...this is the 2nd rhuemy I have seen. He just said he seconds the opinion that it's Fibro. But I did not ask him or tell him about my Lupus symptoms at our 1st meeting, nor did he ask or run any additional blood work at that time. Just put me on Cymbalta, which I did not find worked. My Neurologist switched me to Savella, better but still struggle with symptoms. I canceled my follow-up, & went to see my Neuro. because my carpal tunnel was worse...need to follow up with the rhuemy. Thanks
