So, I've been in an achy flare for about a week now and so sick of it. It started 3 days after I had an appt with my rheumy in another city over an hour away from me. Anyway, so this morning when I got up feeling achy in all my joints, I had some Teavana blueberry bliss tea and a little while after I finished the cup, I noticed I wasn't nearly as achy! I wonder if it was the antioxidants or something in the tea??? Wow, if this is what is working, I'll be drinking a lot more of it, like every day! Boy, is it expensive though. Ugh! I go to my PCP tomorrow and I am going to ask her to do some repeat blood work. I noticed in some of my blood work along with the positive ANA, the RF was right on the cusp of being positive. They never mentioned that!!

I think blueberries are anti-inflamatories.
