Who knew I would be thankful for having a chronic illness? Actually I wish I never got sick in the first place, but given that I am, I am glad it has changed my life in some good ways. I've been reading responses in the forums to my recent post on Cultivating Gratitude. Little did I know how many people related to my experience.

Peter . . .

I haven't visited here in ages. But I thought I'd take a peek today.

Thank you for sharing the "gratitude attitude" !!! What a fantastic reminder that we are not our illness and there are a great many things we still have control over (I read both articles! both are well worth the read!)

I really believe that our attitude about things is the best medicine of all.

Thanks so much for sharing.

Blessings!
