So I finally had my doctors appt today and they put me on another round of prednisone until I see a rheumy next month. i did ask about my last blood test and she said that my ana results were just listed as positive but I could call the lab or get it faxed or mailed to me for the specifics but my crp was listed as 14.7. Just wondering if that was normal for a lupus flare? She said "it's high but I have seen them higher" so it kinda made me think that it's not that high?

The last time I had my blood done for CRP Mar 2011 it was 27.1 and they didn't seem to concerned as it's always high. I know that values over 7.0 are significant for active inflammation or infection, but should be based on a full clinical assessment.
