I have had severe nasal swelling, along with facial, gum and teeth pain. My ANA test is high, yet all other test don't validate any auto-immune disease. I have had brain and sinus scans along with brain and sinus x-rays. I have seen neurologist, allergist, rheumatologist and 5 ENT’s and no one can figure out what is wrong. The only medication that helps to reduce the swelling and pain is prednisone.

I have recently begin to lose hearing in my left ear at a rapid pace.  Because I have had Tinnitus for several years and just recently had vertigo my primary care physician thinks it might be Meniere's Disease but my blood work does not support that theory. With the reduction in prednisone, I have severe pain in my nose, gums and front teeth. Is there any one out there that may have gone through this and with their physician, has found an answer?

I haven't noticed anyone posting with those symptoms, but that doesn't mean there isn't anyone!
