Hello! I am allergic to so many things and I know exactly what you mean. No soy for me either. Try to keep your diet as basic as possible. If you are able to tolerate them, fresh fruits and vegetables are good. There are more and more gluten and soy free choices becoming available but just a warning, they are expensive. A good thing for you, though, most gluten free foods are high calorie! I eat fish and chicken but with no seasonings. Every once in a while some red meat. Mrs. Leepers makes some noodle dishes that are soy and gluten free. And "Enjoy Life" makes some good snack bars that are everything free!
Best of luck to you. Hope that you feel better, soon.
Take care, Fran
