Did you see a rheumotologist? Have you read over the "4 of 11" symptoms that generally indicate lupus?
Some drs think that Lupus is only diagnosed by blood tests, but blood tests are *not definitive* with lupus. Other drs agree with the College of Rheumotology and the Lupus Organization and diagnose and/or treat by way of symptoms instead of trying to rely on a blood test.
I would suggest a second opinion from a rheumy -- check www.lupus.org
to find a chapter in your area. Then check with the local chapter and see which drs are active on the board of directors -- these are the docs you want to see!
