Hello, All!  I hope and pray you're having a wonderful Saturday!  I've been doing online research on MCTD and have been unable to find an organization/association dedicated to MCTD.  I've noticed that my searches are usually directed to Lupus Foundations(s), Scleroderma Foundation(s), etc.  Is anyone aware of an organization dedicated to MCTD?  I really want to get involved in raising awareness, funds, etc., but don't know where to begin.  Any ideas?
Be blessed today!

Maybe they consider it falling under the Lupus umbrella?

There is one site but is no longer in use.  It is hard to say where overlap diseases belong because each case is so different.  Some will have lupus only symptoms, some will have scleroderma, some will have polymyositis and the list goes on with other overlap conditions and combinations of conditions.  In my case, I had severe problems with lupus which presented first and even worse problems with pm.  Scleroderma, no big deal, except for raynauds but the other diseases can also be accompanied by raynauds.
In my opinion, each patient needs to go to a board that represent the symptoms he has.
There is an association that has a forum that looks at all AI diseases, AARDA.

Hi, Bill!
I just read your response, immediately after having found the AARDA website, and sending an email to them regarding volunteer work.  How funny is that?
Thank you so much for your response and assitance.  :)  I am looking forward to making a difference.
Have a wonderful day!!
