Ok, I admitt it.. I tried to be superwoman this past weekend.
My brother was getting married and they needed someone to take charge of things to lift the stress off of them.
I ran around a church with two flights of stairs and a rabbit maze of rooms taking care of the chaos. They also had fluorescent lighting in the reception area. skull

Now I'm paying a heavy price for not saying no. smhair

The roof of my mouth is broke out in sores and my body is so tender the least little touch is like someone hit me with a hammer. One of my nieces playfully mashed my big toe and I was about to bite her head off.

I'm going to just sit here in my comforty recliner...sleep, groan, and wait out the flare. shakehead

Hi Joy,

Typical of what happens when we over-extend ourselves. Hope you feel better soon!

Hi Joy,

Hope u feel better soon!!!

i just had 4 days of painful ulcers on the roof of my mouth... Which is usually an indication of a flare for me... But i already knew i was ready for yet another as my hair is thinning again :-( and i have been seeing my drs as my feet, hands, eyes etc are swollen due to fluid build up owing to my lupus nephritis...... suprisingly they have settled on their own... I just avoid salty food and stick to soups and soft food when they appear, i use to used medicines but i try to avoid them now as they give relief however i often wonder what they are doing on the inside mixed with all the other medication i take. But thats me i have a HIGH pain tolerence...

Hope they disappear soon.
Cheers

They're not as tender as yesterday, but still feel them there.

I would ask your doctor about Magic Mouthwash...especially if you have these pop up often.

My father's doctor gave him the recipe for it.

It seems to happen when I overdo it. I'm trying to behave more now.
