Well it's 3am and I'm so awake. shocked
Because the doctors won't let me have a sleep aid I'm stuck with sleeping when I'm sleepy and that is at such weird times. One doctor told me to reset my time clock, but it won't stay reset. Oh, well....

I'm watching the disaster movie marathon on TV. You know "End of the World" stuff. nono

I'm so bored. I hope this next movie makes me sleepy. smurf

My cat gets more sleep on my bed than me. tongue

Joy,

Oh that stinks, can you try Tylenol or Advil PM? That would drive me absolutely nuts. Nothing worse for those of us who need sleep, not to be able to and to be denied sleep aids. There is also a baby bath with lavender in it that I used to use for my kids that is so relaxing, maybe that is worth a try.

I feel for you. I keep waking up at about 4am and I thought that was bad.

Hope any of my suggestions get you some sleep.

Hugs,
Debbie

Allergic to lavender... ):

Fell asleep around 5:30am. Slept until 1:30pm when mom asked me if I was in a coma or not.
She keeps telling me my days and night are mixed up. Tell me something I don't know...
I've tried to go to bed early but it doesn't work. sigh...
