Hello! My good friend was diagnoisd with lupus recently and i am looking for a lace to come and ask questions! i have tryed looking online for as much info as i can and haveing a hard time doing so. So is there any links please let me know!!
 
Always she is haveing nose bleeds after takening a shower followed by nausea, dizziness and a bad headache! has this happened to anyone else?!?

I wonder if she is taking really hot showers and overheating? I haven't heard of anyone with these symptoms before.

It's my understanding that Lupus can cause high blood pressure and high blood pressure can cause nosebleeds - I actually just saw my ENT today (following up on a five day nosebleed)  who tells me to avoid hot things (food/drink/bathing) because they can trigger a nosebleed. And yes - headaches and nausea do go with a nosebleed.

In case of lupus, it causes high blood pressure and due to this there is nose bleeds. I have also known that it may be low platelet count as they cause the blood not to clot.
