I've got an odd thing I've notice developed with my dominate hand over the last few pops and crackles.
I will feel a stiffness develop in my hand and I feel like I need to squeeze it into a fist to relieve it. I make a fist as tight as I can and kind of wiggle the joints by a variation of squeezing one area tighter than the others and so on. I don't use my other hand to pop it if you're wondering. It's just when I squeeze my hand into a fist I pop all of the joints.
I've noticed it pops and cracks all the way into my wrist bones. Also my knuckles look a little bigger than the other hand's knuckles.
There's very little pain just snap, crackle, pop, and it can be done repeatly. cool eyes rolleyes

No, my hand has never done this.
Any response better than none? :)

I don't think so, not exactly. My hands feel like I am working through mud most days and sometimes they feel like they are going to pop out of joint, no popping noise, just a feeling. Strange, strange, strange bodies!

Yes, I also, have this. My right hand is my dominant and it will start feeling stiff and I will stretch it and it will pop and snap but no pain really to speak of just a relief of the stiffness. I always have thought it was arthritis.
